Complaint at Florida Middle District Court

On December 28, 2011 I filed a lawsuit against Target. Since that time, several motions and responses have been filed to the Court, until December 27, 2012 when the Court granted to Target the motion to dismiss my lawsuit.
I still fight for my rights! Any lawyer or firm weren’t interested to help me, no pro bono lawyers, anyone interested to fight at the Court against Target that is represented with one of the most prestigious Law Firm in Florida, and they never lost a case for 100 years; also, I couldn’t find any legal representative or advisor to face the Legal System perpetrated in our Florida Courts. Therefore, I decided to represent myself as “Pro Se” as I mentioned before and with the support and help of my husband and my father in law…now, we are in the right path demonstrating with bunches proofs to the courts that Target has violated different Federal Laws in the United States that protect my civil rights during my pregnancy state. Anyway, people interested to get detailed information about this case, just can access by the Internet and buy the docket (it’s part of the law business not mine) where you can find over fifty five (55) documents processed and registered from Target (Defendant) and myself (Plaintiff).  The docket is part of the “Public Records” and it’s open to everybody that wants to see the case.
On April 2013, I appealed from the decision of the Middle District decision to the Federal Court 11th Court of Appeals of the United States at Atlanta, Georgia. This appeal will be evaluated, studied and analyzed by the three Magistrates of the 11th. Circuit Court of Federal Court of Appeals.
