Target Corporation hired me on August 14, 2008 as Merchandising
Brand Team Member. It is not easy to narrate my story
with details of all that I suffered when the store’s management representatives
of Target Corporation were notified about my pregnancy condition on January 24,
2010. Since this notification, the Executive Team Leader-Softlines began the rudeness, incivility and crudeness treatment
against my person with a clear complicity of the Senior Executive Management representatives
of the Store that allowed and permitted in a neglected attitude that the
Department Manager of Softlines to discriminate and bully to me in different
ways at the workplace.
