How to Protect my Rights?

Since I was fired on 09/21/2010 during my pregnancy absent, under an unlawful and disparate decision to terminate the work relationship, I decided to file the lawsuit against Target. I waited for decision from the EEOC for more than 404 days to request the Notice of Right-to-Sue.
I started to defend my civil rights on different processes and stages through the US Legal System. However, after an extensive search that I did just looking into a big list of lawyers firms and legal representatives; I could not find anyone to help me or represent me during my journey in the legal field to face the defense of Target. In fact, this company is represented for one of the most prestigious law firm in the Florida State and recognized for their unbeatable legal record at the Courts of the Florida State without loose a case or lawsuit for the last 100 years. So, it’s was a challenge for me, and I decided to go forward alone defending myself as “Pro Se” of course without any knowledge how the US Law System works. As result, while the lawsuit was developing on different stages, I learned from the Internet and the researches that I did with the support of my husband and my father in law creating teamwork. We are not lawyers, but we are people seeking for justice and the defense of the Civil Rights in the Florida State for the pregnant women, stopping the discrimination, and retaliation from people whose are supported for the big corporations. Whatsoever, it doesn’t matter how long time this case will take; and we don’t know how many appeals we will make at the courts during this process; the only that we know is that we will not stop until we reach the justice and the protection of the pregnant women rights in the US Law System. I know that outside are people who believe at the justice in this Nation like me, and they will support this case just spreading the word to everybody… and here is my story.
