Filed Discrimination Administrative Charge to EEOC



        Under the situation where the Target Management did not care about the harassment and discrimination environment, on June 15, 2010 I filled a “Charge of Discrimination” with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission known as EEOC. The reason why I submitted this complains was motivated to discrimination in my workplace for my pregnancy condition. I was threatened and humiliated from the Target representative’s managers at that time because I could not perform job duties that put at risk my baby and me.
